Terms of Service

Please read through the terms of services before commissioning me.*I require a 50% deposit before I begin the sketch. Final amount will be paid once the sketch is approved by the commissioner. Refunds cannot be given after the sketch has been approved.*You will be emailed a Paypal invoice for payment. Please pay within 7 days or else the commission will be dropped.*Commissions will take a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 2 months to finish unless notified.*As the artist, I hold the rights to the finished product and will be allowed to post it my social media and portfolio spaces publicly. If the client does not wish to have their commissioned piece public, I will abide to their request.*Clients are allowed to re-upload the finished piece to their social media pages and use it for personal reasons (e.g profile pictures) but are to credit me and are not allowed to profit off the commission.Clients are not given permission to trace and copy the finished piece. Clients are also STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to turn their commisssion into NFTs or be used to train an AI.
